Upon completion of the application, please follow the link below to pay $25 application fee to secure your spot on the team.

You will receive a CERT Team T-Shirt and a copy of our Service Manual. The $25 fee will also be applied to your first trip.
FUNDRAISING
If you would like help raising funds to cover your trip fee, contact our office at (931) 707-9328. We can provide you with a personalized fundraising page that can be shared across your social media accounts and emailed to your family and friends!
STUDENT Scholarships
CERT International has Student Scholarships available to help with the cost of your trip. Funds are limited and require you to be a currently enrolled student in a medical, dental or related field. Call us at (931) 707-9328 for details.
