Michele was born in California, raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and now resides in Crossville, Tennessee. She is married to Daren and they have 2 children, Cooper who is 17 and Payton who is 12. Michele is an active member of Bethlehem Baptist Church where she serves in multiple ministries. Michele started with CERT in 2007 as Office Administrator.

Michele went on her first mission trip with CERT in June of 2008. She went to Romania to conduct Vacation Bible School in rural gypsy villages. It was a blessing in many ways for Michele. Cooper her son, was able to go with her on this trip. There is nothing better than serving the Lord, but being able to do it half way around the world with your 8 year old is truly a blessing.

Since 2008, Michele has been leading teams to Romania each year to conduct VBS and medical/dental teams in the gypsy villages. Payton was able to join her for the first time in 2014, and again last year. Her heart for serving the Lord and for the Romania people is truly inspiring.

In 2016 she lead the first CERT mission team to Jamaica where her husband Daren was able to experience his first ever mission trip. She is passionate about serving with her family and teaching them to do the same in their lives.

Michele feels beyond blessed to work at CERT. It is not every day that you can pray, read your Bible, do a group Bible study, serve the Lord and be at “work”!
