Daugherty testifies to God’s wall of protection around the CERT teams, as there has never been a loss of life, or a serious injury in the existence of the organization.
In August of 1997, Daugherty moved the international offices of CERT from San Diego , CA to Crossville, TN. The Board of Directors approved the move to a less expensive area and a more central location in America .
Daugherty has a great vision for the future of CERT and its ministry of reaching out to the hurting and suffering people of this world and to give honor and glory to God for whatever can be accomplished.
